Mechanical Engineer. Duties and Responsibilities: -Aid in 3D design of new mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and/or pneumatic assemblies. - Drafting/Modeling of new and existing parts and assemblies using 3D modeling software. - Create part numbers according to predetermined numbering scheme. - Assign part numbers to drawings, models and inventory tracking software. - Tools/Fixtures: Work to design weld fixtures for Production. Aid in setup of new weld fixtures within robotic welders. - Creates and edit the programs for the CNC Oxyfuel and plasma burn table using .dxf file in SigmaNest. - Manufacturing Processes: This position must have experience with our manufacturing processes: Manual machining; CNC machining; Sheet metal (press brake, laser cutting, rolling, forming, bending); MIG Welding; CNC Burn Table; Fabrication and assembly. - Routings: This position will be required to estimate production costs for parts and know the steps for machining a part.
Qualifications: -BS degree in Mechanical Engineering; - Ability to work with others or work independently with minimal supervision or guidance. - Ability to read technical drawings is a requirement. - 5 years in a Manufacturing environment proficient on Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal, and Fabrication processes. - 5 years of experience using 3D design software such as Solid Edge, Solid Works, Pro-E or similar. - Microsoft Office proficiency. - 1 year experience with hydraulics. - 1 year 3D CAD and CAM knowledge and experience. - 1 year tool and fixture making knowledge and experience applied to the mentioned manufacturing processes (Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal, and Fabrication) - Ability to work occasionally in outdoor production areas. - Pass pre-employment drug test.
R&D Fabrication Technician. Duties and responsibilities: -Fabrication of prototype weldments and assemblies based on technical drawings -Assembly of hydraulic hoses and plumbing based on technical schematic or verbal direction - Aid in fabrication and design input of manufacturing fixtures for Production - Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands - Maintain shop safety standards - Maintain good housekeeping standards in designated work area
Qualifications: - High School Diploma - 5 year experience with MIG welding, fabrication and fitting weldments and subassemblies - Must be able to work with hand and power tools - Custom Fabrication experience with an eye for creativity, style, and fitment -Attention to detail and ability to communicate and work well with others on the team - Experience in and an understanding of the truck equipment market - 1 year experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics and 12 VDC electrical Preferred Experience: - Manual machining, CNC machining, sheet metal (press brake, laser cutting, rolling, forming, bending), CNC burn table. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend work - Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift - Pass pre-employment physical screening and drug test.

Duties and responsibilities: - Direct supervision of 12-20 employees and their direct equipment - Informs management of ongoing production status - Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands - Maintain, requisition, and organization of raw material inventory - Implementation of and maintain shop safety standards - Maintain good housekeeping standards - Operation of fork-lift -Oversee assembly of components
Qualifications: CNC machining experience; Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend work - Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift - Pass pre-employment physical screening and drug test.
Purchasing Assistant. Duties and Responsibilities: - Adhere to purchasing policies, processes and procedures - Purchase requisition reconciliation - Maintain Reorder Advice Reports for stock parts - Maintain vendor information in the company’s ERP software - Generate Purchase orders - Communicate with Vendors - Negotiate vendor terms, including but not limited to pricing and delivery -Monitor order statuses -Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand - Perform and assist with annual, physical inventory -Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies -Daily communication on order status to PI production team -Perform any other assigned duty as directed by management
Qualifications: - Ability to multitask -People skills - Ability to negotiate and network -Strong judgement and decision making skills -MS Office computer skills, Excel proficiency - Pass pre-employment drug test.
