CNC Machine Operator.  Duties and Responsibilities: -Perform set-ups for various jobs - Perform standard calculations to adjust off-sets for tooling, speeds and feeds - Quality Control parts produced, maintaining dimensions to tolerances specified - Interpret shop drawings and create part programs using Mazak Mazatrol controls
Qualifications: - CNC Lathe and/or Mill experience - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift or longer as needed for overtime - Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

 

Fitter/Welder.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Read and interpret assembly drawings to determine specific welding requirements - Set-up welding machines based on specific welding specifications - Set-up welding cells for production runs - Fitting assemblies without the utilization of fixtures during the initial stages of production runs - Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency - MIG weld in a proficient manner to include out of position welding - Layout assemblies utilizing shop drawing - Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands - Maintain shop safety standards - Maintain good housekeeping standards in designated work area
Qualifications: - MIG welding skills - Attention to detail of fit and finish - Reliable with a strong work ethic - Pass pre-employment physical screening - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift or longer as needed for overtime - Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

 

Truck Equipment Installer.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Weld equipment together - Operation of all required welding equipment - Work with a team - Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands - Maintain shop safety standards - Maintain good housekeeping standards in designated work area
Qualifications: - Mechanical skills - Welding skills - Minor fabrication skills - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift or longer as needed for overtime - Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

 

Industrial Painter.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Work with a team - Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands - Maintain shop safety standards - Maintain good housekeeping standards in designated work area - Equipment preparation for industrial painting
Qualifications: - Experience in sandblasting - Experience industrial painting - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift or longer as needed for overtime - Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

 

Mechanical Engineer.  Duties and Responsibilities: -Aid in 3D design of new mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and/or pneumatic assemblies. - Drafting/Modeling of new and existing parts and assemblies using 3D modeling software. - Create part numbers according to predetermined numbering scheme. - Assign part numbers to drawings, models and inventory tracking software. - Tools/Fixtures: Work to design weld fixtures for Production. Aid in setup of new weld fixtures within robotic welders. - Creates and edit the programs for the CNC Oxyfuel and plasma burn table using .dxf file in SigmaNest. - Manufacturing Processes: This position must have experience with our manufacturing processes: Manual machining; CNC machining; Sheet metal (press brake, laser cutting, rolling, forming, bending); MIG Welding; CNC Burn Table;  Fabrication and assembly. - Routings: This position will be required to estimate production costs for parts and know the steps for machining a part.
Qualifications: -BS degree in Mechanical Engineering; - Ability to work with others or work independently with minimal supervision or guidance. - Ability to read technical drawings is a requirement. - 5 years in a Manufacturing environment proficient on Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal, and Fabrication processes. - 5 years of experience using 3D design software such as Solid Edge, Solid Works, Pro-E or similar. - Microsoft Office proficiency. - 1 year experience with hydraulics. - 1 year 3D CAD and CAM knowledge and experience. - 1 year tool and fixture making knowledge and experience applied to the mentioned manufacturing processes (Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal, and Fabrication) - Ability to work occasionally in outdoor production areas. - Pass pre-employment drug test.

Experience is preferred for the listed positions, but we are willing to train individuals with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to be a true team player.
