Regional Sales Manager (Outside)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Direct sales and Dealer support.
- Heavy travel required

Requirements: 

- CDL or CDL within 6 months

Accounts Payable Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing vendor payments in a timely manner, Providing Receiving and PO matching accuracy, verify and reconcile vendor statements
  • Attention to detail
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
  • Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; maintain W9s of vendors, scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments as needed
  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries (correct expense codes) and comparing system reports to balances (daily posting and AP Aging)
  • Audits Company credit card statements, post expenses and pay in a timely manner
  • Audit employee expense reports to submit for approval for payment
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Maintains historical AP records and AP current documents
  • Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements from vendor invoices
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Assists in Front Office Reception to include greeting on-site visitors and answering telephones
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Special Projects as needed

Requirements: 

  • Experience using Macola Software (not required but considered a plus)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (not required but considered a plus)
  • Above Beginner-level skills in Excel and Microsoft
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in A/P or accounting field
