CNC Machine Operator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform set-ups for various jobs
- Perform standard calculations to adjust off-sets for tooling, speeds and feeds
- Quality Control parts produced, maintaining dimensions to tolerances specified
- Interpret shop drawings and create part programs using Mazak Mazatrol controls

Qualifications:
- CNC Lathe and/or Mill experience
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift or longer as needed for overtime
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

Truck Equipment Installer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weld equipment together
- Operation of all required welding equipment
- Work with a team
- Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands
- Maintain shop safety standards - Maintain good housekeeping standards in designated work area

Qualifications:
- Mechanical skills
- Welding skills
- Minor fabrication skills
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift or longer as needed for overtime
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

Stockroom Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weekly Inventory
- Inventory of Shop Supplies
- Shipping and Receiving
- Inspection of New Truck Chassis
Qualifications: - Forklift Experience a Plus

Working Conditions

  • 8 Hour Shifts
  • Outdoor Garage Work Areas

Physical Requirements:
-Ability to stand for 8 hours or longer as needed for overtime

- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

Industrial Painter

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with a team
- Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands
- Maintain shop safety standards
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in designated work area
- Equipment preparation for industrial painting

Qualifications: - Experience in sandblasting - Experience industrial painting - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shift or longer as needed for overtime - Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dedicated to design of new projects that relate to the bulky waste trash industries.
- Aid in 3D design of new mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and/or pneumatic assemblies, drafting of new and existing parts
- Create part numbers and numbering schemes, assign to drawings, models, and inventory tracking software.
- Tools/Fixtures: Work to design weld fixtures for production, aid in setup of new weld fixtures within robotic welders.
- Manufacturing Process: This position needs to understand our manufacturing processes. Manual Machining, CNC Machining, Sheet Metal, MIG Welding, CNC Burn Table, Fabrication and Assembly, Routings; his position will be required to estimate production costs for parts and know the steps for machining a part. Ability to read our technical drawings is a requirement.

Requirements: 

- BS Degree or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in the design of loaders/knuckle boom crane and like equipment
- Previous design of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic circuits.
- Must be comfortable working with others or working independently with minimal supervision or guidance
- 5 years in a manufacturing environment, proficient with the process of Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal, and Fabrication
- 5 years of experience using 3D design software, with ability to learn Solid Edge Software.                                                          -Travel less than 10%

Preferred:

- Greater than 5 years in a Manufacturing Engineering environment.
- One year toll and fixture making knowledge and experience applied to the mentioned manufacturing processes (Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal, and Fabrication)
- Knowledge in all aspects and disciplines of Manufacturing
Physical Demands:

  • Sitting, walking, standing in a noisy production environment.

Machine Shop Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of 10-15 employees
- Informs management of ongoing  production status
- Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands
- Maintain, requisition, and organize of raw material inventory
- Implementation of and maintenance shop safety standards. Maintain good housekeeping standards
- Operation of fork-lift
- Oversee assembly of components

Qualifications: - CNC, Lathe and mill Machining experience. Strong Quality control background

Working Conditions: 8-10 hour shifts. Occasional weekend work. Outdoor garage work areas.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts or longer as needed for overtime projects. Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.
