The subject site appears level and slightly below grade with respect to US 27.  The FEMA flood zone maps indicate that none of the property lies within a flood hazard designated area.  The property is located on FEMA map panel #120261 0575B.  We have referred to the USDA soils maps and have determined that the subject property is comprised of #16 Urban Land.  This soil type is suitable for the construction of both commercial and industrial improvements.
