Access to the subject property is via North US Hwy 27 which is a heavily traveled four-lane/six-lane asphalt paved divided roadway with a grass median.  US 27 serves the main north/south thoroughfare through eastern Polk County.  US 27 connects the cities of Lake Wales, Dundee, Lake Hamilton, Winter Haven, Frostproof, Avon Park, Sebring, and Haines City.  Several main arterial roads intersect with US 27 in Polk County.  Hwy 27 intersects with Interstate 4 about 22 miles to the north.

State Road 60, which is a heavily traveled four-lane asphalt paved roadway, serves as a primary east/west thoroughfare across southern Polk County.  SR 60 connects the Cities of Tampa, Brandon, Mulberry, Bartow, Lake Wales, and Vero Beach.  SR 60 intersects with the Florida State Turnpike about 45 miles to the East.
